Demand Concrete Coatings started in 2022 as a family owned business rooted in Hillsborough County. SurfStone is 100% permeable, meaning water flows straight through the surface rather than pooling on top. That creates natural slip resistance right where you need it most, around the pool and in outdoor entertaining areas. The result is a high-end look that is also genuinely safer underfoot.

For commercial clients, we offer grind and seal services for warehouses and light industrial spaces. This process opens the concrete surface, removes damage and contamination, then seals it for a clean, dust-free floor that holds up to forklifts and heavy foot traffic. We also handle surface preparation and demolition when existing coatings need to come off before new work begins. No shortcuts, no skipping steps.
